Karen Cassidy - since 2000
Director / Owner
Karen has been with The PEEK Program since 2000. She’s served as a teacher, tutor, and administrator and was thrilled to take over the challenge of being School Director and Owner in May 2012. She holds a degree in Business Management from The University of Phoenix and studied Elementary Education at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Her son, Peter is one of our distinguished PEEK alumni. Outside of the office you are most likely to run into Karen out and about in Park City and you can count on a smile being on her face! Originally from Washington State, Karen has called Park City home since 1989. PEEK team members point to Karen as the most likely to always have time to listen.
Molly is a new addition to the PEEK Program. She just moved to Utah from New York City, where she was a preschool teacher for the last 4 years and just completed her Dual Master's in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Fordham University. She absolutely loves children and has worked in child care centers, schools, and camps, as well as an adaptive ski program.
Molly is one of five children and has five nieces and nephews with another on the way! She has a passion for travel and has spent two weeks kayaking in Alaska, traveled to Australia alone, and will do anything for a weekend getaway with friends and family. When not in the office, you can find Molly skiing Alta or playing with her Old English Sheepdog, Charlie!

PEEK welcomed Holli to our team November 2016. Holli came to us from previously working at a center in Salt Lake City with children ages 2 to 4 years of age. Currently, she's set her goals on working toward her Child Development Associates (CDA) and finding happiness in the support and growth she receives at PEEK. Once you meet her you'll realize her love and enjoyment of children as she always challenges herself to be the best teacher she can be. Holli loves to get down and dirty with the children while doing art and science projects and says “the messier, the better” especially when it comes to color and texture. She enjoys writing, experimenting with and creating classroom curriculum and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her husband, hiking with her dog, doing puzzles and latch hook art.
Amrita Grewal - since 2017

Joining our PEEK teaching team in January 2017, Amrita brings over two and a half years of experience working with children in various positions while going to school to receive her BS in Biology from UC Santa Barbara. Amrita has worked with children at Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times where children have been directly affected by cancer. During this time she developed an understanding of finding her teaching position to be both challenging and rewarding as she helped young children and their siblings work through social and emotional experiences. Ms. Amrita has also worked as a Teacher Aide in an elementary school classroom. Amrita enjoys cooking, hiking, spending time outdoors and traveling. And we enjoy her humor and smile.
